First you need to install SIS  (will reboot server. add /norestart if you want to reboot manually)
OCSetup.exe SIS-Limited /quiet 

To enable SIS on a volume
1.In Share and Storage Management, on the Volumes tab, click the volume for which you want to enable SIS.
2.In the Actions pane, click Properties.
3.On the Advanced tab, select the Enable SIS on this volume check box, and then click OK.</description>
